Sola Lebile is an experienced HR and administrative professional with over 14 years of industry expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Administration and Planning. In addition to his HR career, he is an avid writer with several works who is a passionate advocate for literacy and serves as the State Liaison Officer for the Literary Renaissance Foundation (LRF), an NGO dedicated to improving reading culture. Sola is currently the Director of Cabinet Matters in Ondo State and serves as the Chairman of the CIPM Ondo State Branch.

Pamela Elekwachi, ACIPM
Vice Chairman
Pamela Elekwachi is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Operations Management, and Corporate Communications. She is currently the HR Manager at Johnvents Industries Limited, a subsidiary of CapitalSage Holdings, which operates in Fintech, Agribusiness, and Healthcare. Pamela holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources – International™ (SPHRi™) certification from HRCI and a Master’s in International Human Resources Management from the Rome Business School, Nigeria. Passionate about gender advocacy and youth mentorship, she volunteers with various NGOs and serves on state committees. As a dynamic public speaker, she mentors executives and speaking enthusiasts and has been featured at numerous conferences and media engagements. She is the Vice Chairman of the CIPM Ondo State Branch and the Immediate Past President of Sunshine Toastmasters Club.

Asana Natacha Abayomi, ACIPM
General Secretary
Asana Natacha Abayomi is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 17 years of experience, complemented by expertise in human resource management and customer service. She has held various senior management positions in the private sector and is currently serving in the Ondo State Judiciary. Asana holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom, and is a certified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). She also possesses a diploma in Human Resources Management from Stonebridge College, UK, and a certification in Contract Law from HarvardX. With her unique blend of legal and HR expertise, she effectively navigates complex organizational challenges and drives success.

Akintan Akinyemi A, ACIPM

Akintan Akinyemi is a lecturer and Examination Officer in the Department of Business Administration at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at Osun State University. With a strong background in academia and professional development, he serves as the Public Relations Officer and Assistant General Secretary of the CIPM Ondo State Branch.

Oluwasesan Toluwatope Mary, ACIPM

Oluwasesan Toluwatope Mary is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR specialization) from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Osun State. With a career spanning multiple Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), she currently serves as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Office of Public Utilities, Ondo State. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and holds the HRPL certification. Currently, she serves as the Treasurer of the CIPM Ondo State Branch. She is happily married and blessed with children.

Gbadebo Sheun Oyewo, ACIPM

Gbadebo Sheun Oyewo is a seasoned Civil Servant and Administrator with extensive experience in the Ondo State Civil Service. He has served in various capacities, including as Director of Protocol at the State Government House. He currently holds the position of Chief Education Officer at the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. Gbadebo is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and serves as the Financial Secretary of the CIPM Ondo State Branch.

He specializes in various fields, including policy development and evaluation, trade, economic and investment management, human resource training and development, leadership development, and public sector transformation. His contributions have played a pivotal role in fostering efficiency and innovation in governance and administration. Omirin is a committed professional and an active member of several esteemed organizations. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (CIPAN), and a Member of the Association of Community Development (ACD), among others.

Ageh Ayodeji, ACIPM

Ageh Ayodeji is an accomplished Civil Servant with a distinguished career in public administration. He holds both a first and second degree in Public Administration and is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria. As the coordinator of Repairer of the Breach, a training organization dedicated to mentoring children, young adults, and teachers for over three decades, he has significantly impacted youth development. A sought-after speaker, trainer, and coach, he has delivered keynote addresses at professional seminars and conferences. He is also an author of two books on spiritual growth and success. Ageh resides in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, and enjoys a fulfilling family life.
