Branch History

The CIPM Ondo State Branch has played a pivotal role in advancing human resource management through leadership, governance, and professional development. Over the years, it has been guided by dedicated chairpersons who have strengthened its structure, expanded membership, and promoted HR best practices. The branch has received national recognition, including a top ranking in the “Most Improved Branch” category at the CIPM Nigeria AGM.

With a diverse membership spanning public and private sectors, the branch continues to serve as a hub for knowledge sharing, networking, and industry-driven HR innovations.
