Pamela Elekwachi, ACIPM
Chairman

Pamela Elekwachi, MCIPM, SPHRi™️, MITD, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Operations Management, and Corporate Communications. She is the HR Manager overseeing the agribusiness portfolio of the Johnvents Group, a member of CapitalSage Holdings, with responsibility for Human Resources across Johnvents Industries, Johnvents Trading, Premium Cocoa Products (Ile-Oluji), and Haven Hauling. Pamela holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources – International™️ (SPHRi™️) certification from HRCI and a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School, Nigeria. A passionate advocate for professional excellence, youth mentorship, and gender inclusion, she serves as the Chairman of the CIPM Ondo State Branch. She is also a member of Toastmasters International, where she has served in various leadership capacities at the club, area, and division levels, including as Past President of Sunshine Toastmasters Club. An accomplished public speaker and leadership mentor, Pamela regularly speaks at conferences and industry events on leadership, workplace excellence, and people development.

Omirin Sunday Lade, ACIPM
Vice Chairman

Omirin Sunday Lade is a seasoned administrator and human resource practitioner with two decades of experience in the Federal and State Public Service. His extensive expertise spans strategic, tactical, and operational personnel management, making him a highly versatile public sector manager. He specializes in various fields, including policy development and evaluation, trade, economic and investment management, human resource training and development, leadership development, and public sector transformation. His contributions have played a pivotal role in fostering efficiency and innovation in governance and administration. Omirin is a committed professional and an active member of several esteemed organizations. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (CIPAN), and a Member of the Association of Community Development (ACD), among others.

Adebayo Daniel Olorunyomi, ACIPM,
General Secretary

Adebayo Daniel Olorunyomi is an experienced Educator and Certified Human Resource Professional, being an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). With two years of experience in the Ondo State Civil Service, he currently serves as an Administrative Officer at the Ondo State Budget Office. Leveraging his background in education, Adebayo is passionate about mentoring young graduates and undergraduates, guiding them in career navigation and professional development. He is an expert in fostering positive employee relations, performance management, and workplace productivity. His deep passion for the evolving field of Human Resource Management drives him to continuously develop relevant skills that align with the pragmatic and dynamic demands of 21st-century HR practice. He currently serves as the General Secretary of the CIPM Ondo State Branch.

Gbadebo Sheun Oyewo, ACIPM

Gbadebo Sheun Oyewo is a seasoned Civil Servant and Administrator with extensive experience in the Ondo State Civil Service. He has served in various capacities, including as Director of Protocol at the State Government House. He currently holds the position of Chief Education Officer at the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. Gbadebo is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and serves as the Financial Secretary of the CIPM Ondo State Branch.

Asana Natacha Abayomi, ACIPM
Ex-Officio

Asana Natacha Abayomi is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 17 years of experience, complemented by expertise in human resource management and customer service. She has held various senior management positions in the private sector and is currently serving in the Ondo State Judiciary. Asana holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom, and is a certified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). She also possesses a diploma in Human Resources Management from Stonebridge College, UK, and a certification in Contract Law from HarvardX. With her unique blend of legal and HR expertise, she effectively navigates complex organizational challenges and drives success.

Akintan Akinyemi A, ACIPM
Ex-Officio II

Akintan Akinyemi is a lecturer and Examination Officer in the Department of Business Administration at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at Osun State University. With a strong background in academia and professional development, he serves as the Ex Officio II of the CIPM Ondo State Branch.

Sola Lebile, ACIPM
Immediate Past Chairman

Sola Lebile is an experienced HR and administrative professional with over 14 years of industry expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Administration and Planning. In addition to his HR career, he is an avid writer with several works who is a passionate advocate for literacy and serves as the State Liaison Officer for the Literary Renaissance Foundation (LRF), an NGO dedicated to improving reading culture. Sola is currently the Director of Cabinet Matters in Ondo State.
